I was originally supposed to move in on September 1st, but I asked if it would be possible to move in a little earlier on August 31st, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. I was able to get the property and keys that evening, which made everything so much easier for me.

Each time, I get a very prompt response from Hardcastle services.  The job requests are taken quite seriously and the work is done within a very reasonable timeframe.  Hardcastle employees are polite, very respectful and cheerful.   They don’t leave until the work is complete and done right.
