I had a great experience with Blackline Management, and I’m especially grateful to Harsh and Inder for all their help throughout the move-in process. They were both incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating.

I was originally supposed to move in on September 1st, but I asked if it would be possible to move in a little earlier on August 31st, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. I was able to get the property and keys that evening, which made everything so much easier for me.

The property was also very clean and well prepared when I arrived. I truly appreciate the effort and kindness from Harsh, Inder, and the admin team.

In the last few months, I have needed to put in a few requests for maintenance for small jobs on my apartment.    Each time, I get a very prompt response from Hardcastle services.  The job requests are taken quite seriously and the work is done within a very reasonable timeframe.  Hardcastle employees are polite, very respectful and cheerful.   They don’t leave until the work is complete and done right.   Today Mardokey and Mike completed three jobs and made sure I was happy before they left.  Very nice young men.
